Full-Service Scope

Phase 1: Pre-Arrival Preparation (Remote)

• Precision Matching: Based on your medical records and needs, we identify the most suitable hospital department and attending physician team.
• Pre-Screening: We help organize and translate your medical records (FPD format), submit them to the hospital's international department for pre-screening, and confirm estimated costs.
• Itinerary Planning: We create a detailed China Medical Travel Itinerary, including visa type recommendations (S2), flight suggestions, and accommodation options.
• Appointment Scheduling: We coordinate with the hospital to lock in precise time windows for examinations, hospitalization, or surgery based on your schedule.

Phase 2: On-the-Ground Execution (In China)

• Arrival Reception: Airport pickup by private car (wheelchair-accessible service available), and assistance with hotel check-in.
• Full Accompaniment: We accompany you throughout your hospital visits, covering registration, payment, waiting, examinations, and treatment — ensuring zero communication barriers between you and your medical team.
• Daily Assistance: Help with hospital meal cards, mobile SIM cards, transit card top-ups, and other daily logistics.
• Emergency Response: 24/7 WhatsApp emergency contact channel for any unexpected situations.

Phase 3: Post-Treatment Care (Departure & Follow-Up)

• Billing Assistance: Help clarify your hospital bill and compile a complete bilingual set of documents for international insurance reimbursement.
• Recovery Support: Translation of discharge summaries, medication instructions, and rehabilitation plans to ensure seamless care after returning home.
• Airport Transfer: Private car arranged to take you to the airport.
• Remote Follow-Up: Within 30 days of your return, we check in regularly on your recovery and assist in arranging remote consultations or follow-up appointments.

Service Duration & Pricing

Base Full-Service Package: $1,899 USD

Includes: All phases above, covering standard medical trips (up to 10 days).

Add-On Options:
• Extended Stay: Days beyond 10 are charged at $150/day.
• Multi-City Transfer: If inter-city referral is needed, transportation costs are reimbursed at actual cost plus a $300 cross-city coordination fee.
• Dedicated Medical Note-Taking: Written English summaries of each doctor-patient consultation, at $50/session.

Fee Clarification: This service fee covers Leaflow's professional coordination services only. It does not include: international flights, hotel accommodation, meals, visa fees, or any hospital charges such as registration fees, examination fees, medication, surgery, or hospitalization costs. All medical expenses are to be settled directly with the medical institution.
